Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Xportkit service ("Service") operated by us ("we", "us", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Description of Service

Xportkit provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to export publicly available data from the X/Twitter platform into structured formats (e.g., CSV). The Service utilizes third-party APIs to fetch this data and strictly interacts with public data only.

User Accounts

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Our Service operates on a credit-based model. You purchase credits to perform data exports.

  • Credit Consumption: One credit corresponds to one profile export, and tweet exports consume credits at a different rate (e.g., 3 credits per tweet). Credits are deducted based on the actual amount of data successfully processed and delivered. If the fetched data is less than the requested amount due to API availability, you are only charged for the data we successfully retrieved.
  • Payments: All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Polar.sh. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only available for unused credits. Once credits have been consumed for data retrieval, they are non-refundable, as this incurs costs on our systems. If you have unused credits and wish to request a refund, please contact support.
  • No Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

Data Accuracy & Service Limitations

We strive to provide accurate and comprehensive data, but our Service relies on third-party APIs and public data availability. Therefore:

  • Completeness Not Guaranteed: We do not guarantee that we can fetch 100% of the requested data (e.g., all followers of a profile) if API limits or restrictions prevent it. We provide data on a "best effort" basis.
  • Proprietary Metrics: Metrics such as "Quality Score", "Inactive", "Overactive", or "Fake" are generated using our proprietary algorithms and heuristics. These are estimates and probabilistic indicators, not absolute facts. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of these classifications.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our Service, our users, or our reputation. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using the exported data for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.
  • Reselling or white-labeling the Service without our express written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Xportkit. The data you export remains the property of its original creators on X/Twitter. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the exported data complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Disclaimer regarding X/Twitter Data: Xportkit is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with X/Twitter, Inc. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of data obtained from third-party sources. Your use of the data is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Xportkit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
